Heavy Wallbanger

Heavy Wallbanger Logo

Client approached with concept sketch for logo. Through communication of client's vision and preferences, along with ideal use case applications the HW logo was created. The client name Heavy Wallbanger is a play on the classic cocktail, the Harvey Wallbanger. Represented in the logo is a rocks glass with the letter "H" inside negative space. The top of the "H" depicts a wave, suggesting fluidity and imparting a sense of action. The W is stylized as a wedge of citrus, often served as a garnish along with the Harvey Wallbanger cocktail. Above the "W" is a stylized paper umbrella. While not typically included as a garnish, the umbrella represents a relaxed and jovial nature, representative of the client's personal style.

Comic Book Applications

Client required artistic typography in line with comic book style. Each title appearance determined by communication of client's vision and specification. Newly designed logos and headers were then utilized in comic book cover layouts.

3D Animated Logo

Client requested short animated logo sting for use in social media posts. Logo rendered in Blender, edited and sound added in Adobe After Effects.
